Anuched 51A – मौलिक कर्तव्य
यह भारत के प्रत्येक नागरिक का कर्तव्य होगा-
(1) संविधान का पालन करना और उसके आदर्शों और संस्थानों, राष्ट्रीय ध्वज और राष्ट्रगान का सम्मान करना;
(2) स्वतंत्रता के लिए हमारे राष्ट्रीय संघर्ष को प्रेरित करने वाले महान आदर्शों को संजोना और उनका पालन करना;
(3) भारत की संप्रभुता, एकता और अखंडता को बनाए रखने और उसकी रक्षा करने के लिए;
(4) देश की रक्षा करने और ऐसा करने के लिए बुलाए जाने पर राष्ट्रीय सेवा प्रदान करने के लिए;
(5) धार्मिक, भाषाई और क्षेत्रीय या अनुभागीय विविधताओं से परे भारत के सभी लोगों के बीच सद्भाव और समान भाईचारे की भावना को बढ़ावा देना; महिलाओं की गरिमा के लिए अपमानजनक प्रथाओं का त्याग करना;
(6) हमारी मिली-जुली संस्कृति की समृद्ध विरासत को महत्व देना और उसका संरक्षण करना;
(7) वनों, झीलों, नदियों और वन्य जीवन सहित प्राकृतिक पर्यावरण की रक्षा और सुधार करना और जीवित प्राणियों के लिए दया करना;
(8) वैज्ञानिक सोच, मानवतावाद और जांच और सुधार की भावना विकसित करना;
(9) सार्वजनिक संपत्ति की रक्षा करना और हिंसा से दूर रहना;
(10) व्यक्तिगत और सामूहिक गतिविधि के सभी क्षेत्रों में उत्कृष्टता की ओर प्रयास करने के लिए ताकि राष्ट्र लगातार प्रयास और उपलब्धि के उच्च स्तर तक पहुंचे भाग V संघ अध्याय I कार्यकारी राष्ट्रपति और उपराष्ट्रपति।

Article 51A – Fundamental duties
It shall be the duty of every citizen of India-
(a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the national Flag and the National Anthem;
(b) to cherish and follow the noble ideals which inspired our national struggle for freedom;
(c) to uphold and protect the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India;
(d) to defend the country and render national service when called upon to do so;
(e) to promote harmony and the spirit of common brotherhood amongst all the people of India transcending religious, linguistic and regional or sectional diversities; to renounce practices derogatory to the dignity of women;
(f) to value and preserve the rich heritage of our composite culture;
(g) to protect and improve the natural environment including forests, lakes, rivers and wild life, and to have compassion for living creatures;
(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement PART V THE UNION CHAPTER I THE EXECUTIVE The President and Vice President.

नोट- इसमे कही सारी बाते भारतीय संविधान से ही ली गई है। यानी यह संविधान के शब्द है।.

Anuched 51A Me Kya Hai

अनुच्छेद 51ए को संविधान, 1948 के मसौदे में शामिल नहीं किया गया था। इसे संविधान (42वां संशोधन) अधिनियम, 1976 द्वारा सम्मिलित किया गया था और बाद में संविधान (86वां संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2002 द्वारा संशोधित किया गया था।
