अनुच्छेद 204 विनियोग विधेयक
अनुच्छेद 204(1) विधानसभा द्वारा अनुच्छेद 203 के तहत अनुदान दिए जाने के बाद जितनी जल्दी हो सके, राज्य की संचित निधि से मिलने के लिए आवश्यक सभी धन के विनियोग के लिए एक विधेयक पेश किया जाएगा।
(ए) विधानसभा द्वारा इस प्रकार किए गए अनुदान; तथा
(बी) राज्य की संचित निधि पर प्रभारित व्यय लेकिन किसी भी स्थिति में सदन या सदनों के समक्ष रखे गए विवरण में दर्शाई गई राशि से अधिक नहीं।
अनुच्छेद 204(2) राज्य के विधान मंडल के सदन या किसी भी सदन में किसी भी ऐसे विधेयक में कोई संशोधन प्रस्तावित नहीं किया जाएगा, जो इस प्रकार किए गए किसी अनुदान की राशि को बदलने या गंतव्य को बदलने या किसी व्यय की राशि को बदलने का प्रभाव डालेगा। राज्य की संचित निधि पर भारित होगा, और इस खंड के अधीन कोई संशोधन अस्वीकार्य है या नहीं, इसकी अध्यक्षता करने वाले व्यक्ति का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।
अनुच्छेद 204(3) अनुच्छेद 205 और 206 के प्रावधानों के अधीन, इस लेख के प्रावधानों के अनुसार पारित कानून द्वारा किए गए विनियोग के अलावा, राज्य की संचित निधि से कोई पैसा नहीं निकाला जाएगा।

Article 204 Appropriation Bills

(a) the grants so made by the assembly; and

Article 204(2) No amendment shall be proposed to any such Bill in the House or either House of the Legislature of the State which will have the effect of varying the amount or altering the destination of any grant so made or of varying the amount of any expenditure charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State, and the decision of the person presiding as to whether an amendment is inadmissible under this clause shall be final.
Article 204(3) Subject to the provisions of articles 205 and 206, no money shall be withdrawn from the Consolidated Fund of the State except under appropriation made by law passed in accordance with the provisions of this article.
